1. Our company has set up after-sales service department in each business area, which undertakes on-site installation guidance of screw pump, on-site construction and installation services of underground pressure system, commissioning and maintenance services of control system. And set up the goods warehouse to ensure that the goods are transported to the scene at any time.
2. Technical service personnel shall assist Party A in preparing the operation plan.
3. Each well technical service personnel must go to the site to guide the workers to install and debug to ensure the normal operation of the well.
4. The service personnel shall arrive at the site within 6 hours after receiving the notice of Party A to ensure the smooth progress of production.
5. The technical personnel shall provide technical training to the field operators and explain the precautions for equipment operation.
6. If there is a quality problem, the technical service personnel will arrive at the site within 4 hours to analyze the cause and deal with the problem with the staff of Party A.
7. If there is a major quality accident, the company will send the deputy general manager in charge of technology to the site within 12 hours to analyze the cause and deal with the problem with Party A's staff.
